It's been a long time coming!

OK, so I finally did it! Now that I've lived in UT for 9 months I thought it was about time that I get a local phone number and as many of you have experience my "all circuits are busy" message, I have also changed to a new carrier! NO MORE SPRINT FOR ME!! As of Monday 3.6.06 I can be reached on my new Verizon phone at 801-419-7795! And, since I'm giving you updates, I might as well include my new address as well. My official move in date is this Saturday but I'm already living there so go ahead and send cards, letters, money, gifts, love, potential eternal companions, etc. to the following address: 4516 Bella Verde Ct Murray UT 84107!

What's happening now

I just spoke with Mom today. She had her stiches taken out yesterday. She is feeling better but will have to stay at home for another 3 weeks.

You may have noticed by now that the videos that I made are not working anymore. Well, that's because they where from a demo of the software and since the demo ended so did the hosting for the software....

Now for the good news!

I finally got the software Vlog It! Which means you will be see a lot more videos on the blog from me. So check back often I will be adding more very soon.

Mom is Home

For everyone that has not figured it out yet mom is home from the hospital and has been since last thursday.

On a side note has anyone heard from Patrick? He is MIA returning my calls. Does anyone know what is going one with him?

Update for Mom

Mom is out of surgery and is in room 18918. When I called up there she was still out of it a little bit. TiTi Gladis answered the phone and told me she should be out of the hospital as soon as Friday.

Mom Is In Surgery Today

Just wanted to let everyone know that Mom is in surgery today. The phone number for the hospital is 787-641-7582. You will have to ask for admissions and get a room number/extention.

This is the same surgery that she was suppose to have back in October but she had an infection. Make sure you call and wish her well.

Hi my wonderful Family!! I just wanted to let you all know that this Friday will be my last day working for Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utah because I was offered a position at the University of Utah today. Since I got my medical coding certification last year I thought I would try my hand at that. So I will be working in the pediatric coding department. This should work out really well for several reasons. My best friend, Sonia, also works in pediatrics so we will be carpooling(no more bus for me!!!), starting this fall I will receive 50% off tuition, and I will get paid more. So, all in all, it’s a wonderful thing!

While I’m on the subject of wonderful things, I would like to remind you that my birthday is in exactly one month (Feb. 18th) and this year I really want a Kitchen Aid mixer so if you are even considering getting me something please let it be a gift certificate to Bed, Bath and Beyond so that I can put them all together and FINALLY get my mixer!! Also, as you know, February is a busy month for our family in the Birthday department. The following birthdays are next month: Hannah, it’s her golden birthday, she’ll be 13 on the 13th, me on the 18th, Taylor on the 21st(she’ll be 7), Jessica on the 24th (she’ll be 9) and Leo on the 27th. Also, Justin's little brother, Mark, has a birthday on the 8th! If you need addresses to send cards please let me know so that I can get it to you!

Hi Everyone! I just thought I would give a little update since I haven't done so in a long time. As some of you know I got to see my old friends Anne and Ryan Johnson who live in Idaho last month. I was there for their family reunion/thanksgiving party. I got sick the day after I got back and it stuck around for a few weeks, but the day before Thanksgiving I started feeling just a little bit better so I made my fantasti pumpkin pie and took it to a friends for dinner the next day. For Christmas I will also be going up to Anne's and since I have Monday and Tuesday after Christmas off I will be spending some time with Justin, Jessica, Mark and Scott. I'm so excited. I miss everyone SO much and Mike, I can't believe about your house. I'll be praying for you! Oh, and I have a surprise you everyone this christmas and part of it is coming from Justin so you guys be prepared to be shocked. I love you!!!

The Sky is Falling, The Sky is Falling!!!

Yea, yea I know you have heard it all before, but this is different. Some of you know that I had a leak in my a/c that ran down my wall in my closet in the hallway. Well, I ripped out the drywall to make sure everything could dry, but I stll found mold anyway. (Bummer I know)

Finally after two weeks the mold guy came to check out everything last Monday, then it happened!!!

The rain came. It rained really hard for about an hour. Then I hear it...drip, drip, drip...arrrghhh!!

Not again!

But hold on everyone...wait just a minute! It wasn't the a/c!

THERE IS A LEAK IN MY ROOF!! and wouldn't you know that is right about the a/c. Could it have been in a worse place? I already paid for the a/c guy to "fix" that problem and it wasn't even the right one.

But that is just half the problem. I spoke with Charlie and explained the situation and he told me how to fix it. So naturally I get up on the roof and go check it out to see if I can fix it. As I am walking around up there I feel the roof sinking in on me every time I take a step. Now I know I haven't been working out like I use to ,but i not that fat! Every step I am sinking in half an inch or so. So I call another buddy of mine 'cause he works for a builder and tell him what's going on.

Do you know what he tells me?

Don't get on the roof if it's doing that 'cause you could fall through. So now instead of just a tiny leak that I could fix myself for $20-30 bucks I going to have to spend 8-10 THOUSAND DOLLARS.

Can you see my frustration!?

(Anyone want to buy a house with a slight leak?) LOL yea, me either.

Now instead of doing my normal "extra" work at night to I am going to have to do "Extra Hard" work to earn some more money.

Any suggestions?
