Update on Patrick
I spoke with Patrick today and he told me that they did the biopsy on the tumor and it's not malignant! Great News!
He will still be out of work recovering for the next couple of weeks so hopefully he gets better soon so he can get back to work soon (I know he needs the money from work)
Get Well Soon, Patrick!

Patrick's Surgery
Just thought I would put an update on the site since Patrick has been down and out. He had his surgery on this past Thursday and had a tumor removed that was about the size of a baseball. It was out patient surgery so he was out of the hospital the same day. He will be out of work for about the next two week. If you have a chance please call him on his cell (house phone is no longer active) and give him your support.

Patrick's Birthday
It was Patrick's Birthday yesterday and he turned 36! Where has the time gone? Even though I called him yesterday I haven't been able to speak with him yet. I thought I would post a little note and encourage everyone to contact him if you haven't already.
Happy Birthday Patrick!

Home Phone Change for Michael
Hey everyone,
I wanted to let you know that next week I will be changing the home phone number. I will email everyone with that new number. The old one (813) 988-1080 is getting way to many telemarketing calls even though we are on the Do Not Call list.
Hope everyone is have a great summer.

Abuelo's 90th Birthday
Hey Everyone,
Mom called me the other day and wanted me to pass on the word that her family is having a special birthday party celebration for Abuelo's 90th birthday. They will be having the party at Roberto's house.
She wanted everyone to start calling about 3pm. Mom will be able to translate for the one's of us who are not fluent in Spanish.
The one oversight on my part is that I don't have Roberto's phone number. I have been trying to reach Mom today to get it. If anyone has the number please send it to me.
Make sure to celebrate Abuelo's 90th birthday in your own way if you are not able to make it to Puerto Rico.
Have a great day.
Happy 90th Birthday Abuelo!!

New Look and Features
Hey everyone!
After a lot of downtime over the last year I have finally decided to updated the blog. It now has a new look and a couple of new features.
Here are the new features...
If you look on the top left you will see a subscriber box. You can enter in your name and email to receive all the updates via your email. Now you won't have to come back and check out if the blog has been updated.
The other thing I did was add all the links that I know of to our families different website and blogs. I tracked down as many as I could and put links to them here. So If you for get you can just come here and check them out.
If you are feeling left out just send me an email and I will add your website(s) to the list.
Also...
If you think of something that you would like me to ad to the blog just say the word and I will work on it. Just send me an email and I will get right on it.
That's it for now...

The World of Coke and Six Flags Over GA
Here are some of the other pictures from the World of Coke. It ended up being an interesting tour. It was self-guided so you didn't have to worry about being borded by a tour guide.
Update from Nicolle
So much has happened since my last post in April 2006! I only worked for the University of Utah for a few months and then decided that I really should follow my dream and go to cooking school. So, within two weeks I found a family to nanny for in Atlanta GA. I chose this family because they lived near two of the schools that I wanted to attend. Financial Aid ended up not working out for the school of my choice, Le Cordon Bleu, and the schedule didn't really work out for the family, so I didn't attend any classes while I was there. And at the beginning of Nov. the family decided that they really needed to get a French speaking nanny since the girls wouldn't speak in French, not even to grandparents, who only speak French. And right around that same time, I decided that I really missed my life back in Utah, so I really wanted to go back.
Here are some of the pictures of my adventures while in GA. In my free time I tried to get in as many of the sites as possible. And thankfully my old roommate from UT was also a nanny in the area so we did everything together. Our first outing was Six Flags Over GA on Labor Day, but we also went to the World of Coke, CNN Atlanta, a Thrashers Hockey game, and a Falcons vs. NY Giants football game. Richard also came down from Charlotte, NC to visit for a weekend and we went to the GA Aquarium, the largest indoor aquarium in the world! It was fantastic. I think I must have taken over a thousand pictures in my 7 months in GA. I won't bore you with all of them, so here are just a few.
Richard at the Aquarium
Lily Marie while we were in Destin FL on Vacation in July
Olivia on the same trip
Here was my family in GA, minus the baby Sophie (I'll add an entire section just for her). Thierry (dad from Corsica France), Shannon (mom) and Olivia and Lily Marie.
Our little Mermaids
Me with Lily Marie and Olivia after dinner.
These pictures where taken in October when Richard came to visit. The baby on my lap is Sophie.
Here I am trying to get Olivia to stay still long enough for us to get a nice picture. She has more energy then most of the boys I know.
This is my old roommate Joey and I at Six Flags over GA on Labor day. It was great there were no lines!
Here we are visiting the World of Coke
This is the largest glass of Coke I have ever seen.

Birthday's this week
Well it official now...
There is a teenager in my house. Lexie had a birthday on the 6th and Gabriella was on the 9th. I do have some video that I will load up here later.
I can't believe how the time flys by. This is crazy!
In a couple more years she will be bugging me for a car or plane or her own apartment. All the things in life that make it so much fun.
Later,
Mical
Btw I made Lexie a website for her birthday check it out here
